Tilth
I am happy to see that Tilth, probably my favorite restaurant in Seattle, has made a New York Times article on Coast to Coast Restaurants That Count - a top ten list of sorts of new restaurants across the country (outside NYC). I’m afraid, however, that this might affect my ability to easily score a table.
Read their review, and go before the foodie crowd overruns it.
