Pigs and Dentistry
I’m not sure how many people try to rent a pig from the same establishment they get a root canal, but to head off possible confusion among its clientele, Elk Ridge Dental in Jackson (or perhaps their neighboring business Ward + Blake Architects) has made its policy in this regard quite explicit.
Apparently it’s a reference to Lonesome Dove, a Western novel turned miniseries. I’ll have to check it out.
